Many business owners and accountants are unaware of what and how certain things are deductible from the overall income before the annual income tax is calculated. We will share with you some of those common things that are difficult to understand when it comes to deductions for tax purposes. We will also examine the deductibility or not of embezzled, misappropriated or fraudulent funds as per the 2019 Finance Law.

We will give participants a rundown of the various type of business institutions they can register; explain the pros and cons so they will know what best to choose.
