A) Company
- National ID card / passport for Cameroonians and passports for foreigners
- Certificate of non-conviction or equivalent for both nationals and aliens
- Statutes by a limited liability company (notarized)
- List of shareholders (notarized)
- List of managers (notarized)
NB: we need just (1) and (2) above to do your work as fast as possible. Nationals can get in touch with us for guidance in acquiring the certificate of non-conviction.
B) Sole-proprietorship with business license
