Role Overview:
OpenHub Consulting is seeking an organized and proactive Full-Time Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate must reside in or around Bonamoussadi or within a taxi drop distance for convenience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments.
- Answer calls, emails.
- Organize files, prepare reports, and assist with meetings.
- Maintain office supplies and handle administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Must live in or near Bonamoussadi or within a taxi drop distance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications a plus.
- Preferably English-speaking, but knowledge in French is a plus.
