To pay for “Timbres d’examen” (exam stamp duty) in Cameroon through the teledeclaration platform, follow these steps:
1. Access the Platform
Visit the official teledeclaration portal at teledeclaration-dgi.cm.
2. Log In
- Enter your Numéro d’Identifiant Unique (NIU) and password.
- For non-professional users, the default password is

.
3. Navigate to “Timbre fiscal et redevance”
- After logging in, locate the menu on the left side of the dashboard.
- Click on “Déclarations”.
- Select “Timbre fiscal et redevance” to manage declarations for exam stamp duties.
4. Declare the Exam Stamp Duty
- Within the “Timbre fiscal et redevance” section, choose the option for “Timbres d’examen”.
- Fill in the required details for the exam stamp declaration.
- Review and confirm the information entered.
5. Generate the Payment Notice
- After submitting the declaration, generate the “Avis d’Imposition” (Tax Notice).
- This document will detail the amount due and the payment reference.
6. Choose a Payment Method
The platform offers several payment methods, including:
- Bank Transfer: Use the details provided in the “Avis d’Imposition” to make a transfer from your bank.
- Mobile Money: Payments can be made through services like Orange Money or MTN Mobile Money.
- Cash Payment: Pay directly at authorized bank counters.
7. Complete the Payment
- Follow the instructions specific to your chosen payment method.
- Ensure you use the correct payment reference to facilitate accurate processing.
8. Obtain the Electronic Receipt
- After the payment is processed, log back into your teledeclaration account.
- Navigate to the “Quittances” section to download and print your electronic receipt.
- This receipt serves as proof of payment for the exam stamp duty.
