Q: What documents do I need to get started?

  • Memorandum and Articles of association.
  • Proof of location for your business.
  • A non-conviction certificate (criminal record) for the owners / shareholders.
  • Tenancy agreement.
  • A bank certificate proving you have deposited the first share capital. This can be waived depending on the location where you want your business registered, as well as the capital amount.

Q: Do I need to deposit share capital?
