Taxes and Duties Payable via Orange Money
Using Orange Money, you can pay the following taxes and duties:
- Personal Income Tax
- Corporate Income Tax
- Stamp Duties
- Property Taxes
The amounts and specific rates for each tax category are available on the DGI tax portal.
Steps to Pay Taxes Online with Orange Money
1. Dial the USSD Code
- Dial #150*3*4# on your mobile device.
2. Select the Tax Payment Option
- Choose Option 2 (Paiement des impôts).
3. If Your NIU is Pre-registered
- Choose Option 1 (Mobile Tax).
- Enter your Numéro d’Identifiant Unique (NIU).
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.
4. If Your NIU is Not Pre-registered
- After entering #150*3*4*2#, choose Option 2 (Autres déclarations).
- Enter the declaration number obtained from the DGI portal.
Note: Always declare your taxes on the DGI platform before proceeding to payment.
5. Enter the Payment Amount
- Input the exact amount of tax due as specified by the DGI.
- Double-check the amount to avoid errors.
6. Confirm the Payment
- Verify the payment details, including your NIU and the tax amount.
- Authorize the payment by entering your Orange Money PIN.
7. Receive a Confirmation
- Upon successful payment, you will receive an SMS confirmation from Orange Money.
- Additionally, log into the DGI portal to download and print your official payment receipt.
