Role Summary

A reputable company located near Madison ESSO, Yaoundé, is recruiting five (5) experienced salespeople to join its growing team in the agri-food sector. The ideal candidates are goal-oriented, persuasive, and familiar with field sales in fast-moving consumer environments.

This role offers a fixed monthly base salary and regular working hours from Monday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell company products to customers in assigned zones

  • Maintain a daily client contact list and report on activity

  • Educate customers about product benefits and usage

  • Meet daily or weekly sales targets set by the supervisor

  • Provide customer feedback to improve service delivery

  • Support logistics during product deliveries when needed

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or distribution

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of local neighborhoods in Yaoundé

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

  • Basic literacy in French or English

Language Requirements

  • Must be able to speak French; knowledge of English is an advantage

Benefits

  • Base salary: 80,000 FCFA

  • Work days: Monday to Saturday

  • Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
