Sales Supervisors

OpenHub Consulting is in need of Sales Supervisors for the following towns:

Bafoussam, Bafang, Buea, Dschang, Mbouda, Douala and Yaoundé.

The Sales Supervisors will oversee the work of Direct Sales Agents. They will also perform some managerial tasks such as accounting, shipping goods, arrange displays and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, train and discipline Direct Sales Agents under their control;

• Direct and supervise Direct Sales Agents under their control;

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints;

• Train or instruct Direct Sales Agents on how to handle any difficult or complicated sales;

• Approve contracts;

• Use Spreadsheet and information technology to record sales figures for data analysis;

• Monitor sales activities to ensure customers receive a satisfactory service

Requirements

– HND or BTS in Marketing or related field and above

– Proven sales experience

– Excellent networking skills

– Effective communication skills

– Customer sales skills

Direct Sales Agent

OpenHub Consulting is in need of Direct Sales Agents to join its BTL Team.

They’ll be responsible for presenting companies’ products and services to potential customers, as well as closing sales.

Responsibilities

– Research on competing products

– Identify opportunities to increase sales

– Development and execution of sales plans

Skills

– Strong negotiation skills

– Be able to convince customers

– Customer service skills

The DSA should be able to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales quotas and canvas assigned territories to present companies’ products to potential customers.

OpenHub Consulting is in need of an Administrative Assistant with excellent communication skills. The person should be a multitasker and be able to assist management, handling office tasks, provide professional assistance through e-mail, phone and social networks.
