Role Overview:
OpenHub Consulting is seeking an organized and proactive Full-Time Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate must reside in or around Bonamoussadi or within a taxi drop distance for convenience.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage schedules, appointments.

Answer calls, emails.

Organize files, prepare reports, and assist with meetings.

Maintain office supplies and handle administrative tasks.
Qualifications:

Proven administrative experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Must live in or near Bonamoussadi or within a taxi drop distance.

High school diploma or equivalent; certifications a plus.

Preferably English-speaking, but knowledge in French is a plus.
