Role Overview:
OpenHub Consulting is seeking an organized and proactive Full-Time Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate must reside in or around Bonamoussadi or within a taxi drop distance for convenience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments.

  • Answer calls, emails.

  • Organize files, prepare reports, and assist with meetings.

  • Maintain office supplies and handle administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven administrative experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Must live in or near Bonamoussadi or within a taxi drop distance.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; certifications a plus.

  • Preferably English-speaking, but knowledge in French is a plus.
