Location: Cameroon
Duration: Estimated 30 days (1 month), including two visits to Sekakoh's office

Context and Justification: Sekakoh is a nonprofit organization dedicated to environmental conservation operating across four regions (Centre, North, Northwest, Littoral). We are seeking an experienced communication consultant to develop a comprehensive and effective communication plan. This plan aims to:

• Increase visibility of our organization and actions

• Raise public awareness about environmental issues

• Mobilize community support

• Recruit new members and volunteers

• Raise funds for our projects

Mission Objectives: The consultant will be tasked with:

• Conducting a communication audit of the organization in consultation with management.

• Elaborately a complete, detailed and up to date communication plan for Sekakoh

Expected Deliverables: Upon completion of the mission, Sekakoh expects to have a comprehensive and effective communication plan that meets its communication objectives.

Consultant Profile: The communication expert should possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in communication

• In-depth knowledge of environmental issues

• Excellent writing and analytical skills

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities

• Adaptability and autonomy

Mission Duration and Workflow:

• Estimated duration: 30 days (1 month)

• Two visits to Sekakoh's office:

  • The first visit to gather necessary information for the task

  • The second visit including a 2-day presentation of the comprehensive communication plan to Sekakoh's team for validation
